Rs. 80 per person for Nepali and Rs. 160 per person for Non-Nepali.  Group of more than 10 people a 50% discount is provided.
Children, senior citizen and disabled are subject to 50% discount everyday.

Godavari Royal Botanical Garden

14 km southeast of Kathmandu (map)

9 am to 5 pm during Spring, Summer and Autumn and 10 am to 4 pm during winter months. Small entrance fee.

The garden is landscaped over 72 hectares of land. Over 500 species of plants can be found in the various gardens. The peak flowering season falls in spring and in autumn. Pic nic areas, collection of wildlife, flora and fauna. Maps and plant listings are available at the gate.

Nagdaha Lake

Buses for Nagdaha start from the Lagankhel bus park in Lalitpur city,  buses back from the front of the Buddhist temple.

Nagdaha is a natural pond located in Dhapakhel Village Development Committee. The area of the lake is approximately five hectares and the main inflow source is a natural spring, while the water flows out to form two small wetlands. On the far shore a peaceful looking garden restaurant ‘Bishram Batika’ (literally, ‘Relaxation Garden’) is beautifully landscaped. The restaurant is famous among the holiday crowd for serving tasty and homely Newari food.
